Terms of Service
Last updated: July 15, 2026
Welcome to AWR. By creating an account or using AWR, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully - especially the section on what AWR is and is not.
1. AWR Is a Wellness Tool, Not Medical Care
AWR is a mental fitness and wellness tool. It does not provide medical or mental health treatment, therapy, diagnosis, or professional advice, and it does not create a therapist–patient or provider–patient relationship. Coach A is an AI coach, not a licensed clinician. Nothing in AWR should be relied on as a substitute for professional care from a qualified provider.
2. In a Crisis, Get Real Help
AWR is not an emergency service and cannot respond to crises. If you are thinking about harming yourself or others, or are in a mental health emergency, call or text 988 (the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or call 911 immediately. If you are outside the U.S., contact your local emergency number.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use AWR. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
5. Access & Future Pricing
AWR is currently available as a free early-access product. We may introduce paid features or subscription plans in the future. If we do, we will notify you in advance and clearly present pricing before any charges apply. You will never be billed without your explicit consent.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use AWR for your own personal wellness and not to misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt it, or use it in any unlawful way. The content you create belongs to you; you grant us only the limited permission needed to operate the service for you.
7. AI-Generated Content
Coach A, the Emotion Translator, and the Emotional Compass generate responses using artificial intelligence. AI can make mistakes and may produce information that is inaccurate or not suitable for your situation. Use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional for important decisions.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
AWR is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular outcome for your mental wellbeing.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AWR, Dr. Joe Johnson, and Purpose Over Dreams will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of - or inability to use - the platform. Your use of AWR is at your own discretion and risk.
10. Privacy
Your use of AWR is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we protect your information and our promise never to sell your data or share your mental health information with advertisers.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
